  •  Initial Cleaning: The process begins with a thorough cleaning of the shower area to remove soap scum, mildew, and any other buildup. This ensures that the surface is pristine and ready for the refinishing materials to adhere properly.
  • Repair Work: Next, any cracks, chips, or damage to the shower surfaces are meticulously repaired. This step is crucial for achieving a smooth, flawless finish in the final product.
  • Surface Preparation: The shower surface is then sanded to create a rough texture. This step is essential for ensuring the new coating adheres securely to the old surface, providing a durable foundation for the new finish.
  • Application of Primer: A special primer is applied to the prepared surfaces. This primer acts as a bonding agent between the old surface and the new finish, further ensuring the durability of the Refinishing.
  • Applying the New Finish: The Refinishing material, typically a high-quality, durable acrylic or urethane, is then sprayed onto the shower surfaces. This new coating is what gives the shower its brand-new appearance, complete with a glossy finish that resembles new ceramic or porcelain.
