We had the hardest time deciding whether to completely gut our kids bathroom and redo all of the tile or have our tub reglazed. He gave me a quote within an hour of request. His quote was very reasonable compared to their competitors- tub coaters who wanted almost twice what they were asking. Kyle put me on the schedule asap.. and they had the work done the very next day. Derek the field supervisor did an amazing job transforming our pink outdated tub to a beautiful white cast iron beauty. Unfortunately, after Derek had left a fly flew into the not yet dried paint and created a small indent in the tub. I reached out to Kyle and he quickly got me right back on the schedule to fix the problem. Once again, proving that their customer service is unmatched.
