Bathtub/Tile Refinishing Technician

Everglaze Coatings is looking to hire a full-time Refinishing Technician. We refinish bathtubs, tile, showers, and countertops. This is a career type job with great benefits and a generous wage. As a Refinishing Technician you will be working in commercial and residential settings. Our company specializes in turning dated and worn bathrooms & kitchens into bright and new usable spaces.

Are you looking to get out of a dead end job? Are you working in the restaurant industry and can’t seem to get an interview in a skilled trade because they require experience? We require NO EXPERIENCE for this position. We hire for character and train the skills needed to succeed.

Entry level restoration technician requirements:

• A clean Department of Motor Vehicles record.
• Entry level- no experience needed, just a go-getter attitude!
• Humble and willing to learn a new set of skills
• Will have to submit to drug test and background check

We are looking for individuals

• Men and women in good physical shape who can perform the tasks of refinishing.
• People who take pride in their work and who help Everglaze Coatings continue to be the preferred refinisher in the industry.
• Independent workers. Our technicians work independently going to a different job site every day.
• Good attention to detail. Refinishing is a craft. The quality of each job is only as good as the effort of the individual technician.
• Ability to adjust
• Consistent work history. We are looking for reliable people. We are looking for individuals who want long-term jobs. This position is a trade and not ideal for temporary employment.
• Problem solvers. Each job is somewhat different and requires a person who can be flexible and deal with the unexpected.

Entry Level Restoration Technician Benefits.

• Average compensation equivalent to $20+ per hour. Compensation after training is completed is incentive based which is determined by quality of work completed.
• Paid training at $17/hour
